Cheesy Potato Cassarole

2 pounds hash browns
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cove of garlic minced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup (I use the low sodium one)
1 pt sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Topping
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions
Mix all ingredients together in 9x13 pan that's greased.
Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over potato mixture.
Bake about 45 minutes at 350 or until golden brown
