Stephenson's Green Rice

3 c cooked rice
1 c chopped parsley
1/2 c grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c chopped onion
1/4 c chopped green pepper
1/2 t seasoned salt
1/2 t pepper
1/4 t Accent
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (14 1/2 oz) can evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c vegetable oil
1 T salt
Juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
Paprika

Mix rice, parsley, cheese, onion, green pepper, and garlic in greased 2 quart casserole. Blend rest of ingredients, except paprika and mix into rice, then sprinkle with paprika. Bake 45 minutes at 350 or soft custard. Serves 10
