Boneless chicken breasts
Hot pepper cheese, grated
Taco seasoning
Bacon
Pounds out the chicken breasts on waxed paper to about 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle with cheese and taco seasoning. Roll up and wrap in bacon. Grill over indirect heat.
