Whole Wheat Biscuits

1 c flour
1 c whole wheat flour
3 t baking powder
2 t sugar
½ t salt
½ c shortening
¾ c milk

Preheat the over to 450 degrees. Cut shortening into flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add milk. Knead 10 times. Cut with 2-inch cutter (brush tops with milk). Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
